Wheelchair Training

Training wheelchair professionals such as service providers to prescribe and fit each wheelchair to the individual is an important part of our approach. Partners: Our government and NGO partners

Provision of appropriate wheelchairs is one of our key areas of intervention. Following measurement of the individual and an analysis of their living and working environment, a wheelchair is customised to suit the individual’s needs. Every wheelchair is fitted with a Pressure Relief Cushion to ensure that it does not cause further pain or injury.
